[VAC] Re: droopy butt

This needs clarification in that two forms of "droopy butt" exists.
One is often called "trailer sag" which is caused by the bending of the
trailer frame from the axles on back and requires installation of frame
support plates to fix. The second problem is most called "frame
separation" which is caused by the trailer body becoming separated from
the frame at the very end of the frame due to the rusting out of bolts,
etc that tie the rear body and frame together. This is a simpler problem
to fix and some fix it by cutting holes in the rear body of trailer at
frame ends and reattachment of body/frame. This operning is then covered
with a small patch. Some callthese elephant ears. Obviously trailer
sag will product a separation of frame/body but the cause is different as
is the correction
