[VAC] Re: Fw: [A/S] univolt help needed

Ann,
If all the fuses are OK, I'd measure the voltage at the battery with
the UniVolt connected to it and shore power. If the battery is fully
charged, it should read about 12.6 volts before you plug in the UniVolt
and about 13.8 after. You may well read some totally bogus voltage from
the UniVolt when it's not connected to a battery.

If you can charge your battery with a conventional charger and the radio
and lights, etc. work afterwards, the battery and associated circuits
are probably OK.

Most (not all!) of the older UniVolts have a loud 'hum' when plugged
into shore power. If yours doesn't, that could be a Bad Sign.
