[VAC] Help with Leak

Streamers, Help!

I have a leak in the rear of my 1989 29' Excella trailer. I think I have
located the source but need help from someone who knows the construction in
that area. Just above the rear bumper storage area for the wires and sewer
pipes there is a decorative strip of aluminum with the blue plastic insert.
As that strip runs around the whole bottom of the trailer it appears there
may be a body to frame connection behind the strip. There is no sealer on
the top side of the strip, and my question is, can water enter through the
top of the strip, into the wall and out under the interior wall to wet the
floor at the aft end of the trailer? It appears the leak comes into the
trailer between the interior and exterior walls, and the interior wall is
not wet. All sealent around windows and aluminum exterior sheets appear to
be good, but when I eyedropper water into the gap between the decorative
strip and the exterior wall, it disappears.
