The crux of this business is the cutting bit. All I am saying is that you
can save yourself the cost of the adjustable body that holds the tool in
the drill motor by using a surplus unit. The only bits I have seen surplus
are flat for shaving countersunk rivets flus with the surface, not the
wierd concave ones used for the Olympic style. I'll snoop around the
aviation tool URLs and see what is available and pass it on. I found it a
real help to have the drill bit that fits in the tool holder, it makes
centering a cinch. Aircraft surplus is a great source of riveting
paraphenalia. Ebay often has this stuff too.
