[VAC] Synthetic oil and windows

Thanks, all who responded to my queries on this subject. I think I'll play
it safe and run the synthetic oil 7,500 miles, which is the mfrs rec for
normal service with conventional oil, but 2.5 times what I would have run
between oil changes with conventional oil, recouping some of the extra cost
of the synthetic and providing, I hope, better lubrication.

Thanks, Keith, for your comment on the front window brackets. I think mine
are mounted too high, and I see no reason for it. I'll move them down. Like
you, I've replaced other window brackets. It's a snap.
