[VAC] Re: what will I need to pull it?

I've been towing all sorts of things -- up to and including a 24' Parr
flatbed equipment hauler, loaded with vehicles and parts up to about
8000lbs -- with a 1999 Dodge Durango with the 5.9 litre 'magnum' V-8, and
'tow-package'. I use the Jordan Research Ultima 2020 brake controller, and
an EZ-Lift load-distributing hitch and friction sway-controller. It's been
more than adequate. It's a comfortable SUV with great handling - rides like
a car, has folding third row seats, and worth every penny. It also fares
pretty well (in the top three, usually) in those Insurance Institute crash
tests. I don't work for Daimler/Chrysler - but i do like some of their cars
and trucks.
