I have seen rivets prepainted at Home Depot with the rain gutter material.
They come pre-colored for the gutters.  I have only seen white or brown.

I use 1/8" aluminum.  I would recommend painting them after installation.
We have painted the inside ouf our Safari with regular latex paint and it
seems to stick just fine.

The last time I bought rivets was at Home Depot.
