Check your local yellow pages for a Cabinetmaker's supply firm.  although a
wholesale source, most will sell retail.

The brands to ask for are Lamp/Sugatsune and Hettich.  if they don't stock
them they can usually order them.

Sugatsune (a Japanese manufacturer which is distributed in the US make
beautiful stuff (a lot in stainless steel for RV and marine applications.
The cabinetmaker's supply will most likely be a lot cheaper (and carry a
broader line) than the specialty dealers (who typically buy from the cabinet
maker suppliers in the first place).
