Any sealant makes a poor faying surface adhesive (with no mechanical bond). I bet with time the freeze/thaw heat/cooling cycles and vibration would the pop un-bucked rivets out. A hundred rivets justifies an Olympic Rivet Shaver! Every job should bring a new tool to add to your collection. RJ
