In this case, the climate is arid as can be... my A/C worked overtime 
last year and I know that in this area (Nevada) the evap cooling 
approach is the key.

My girlfriend is from the south so she said we also gotta get the A/C 
plan in place, too... and I agree.

An A/C and evap cooling arrangement pretty much solves the 100% warm area case.
