Hey RJ, Matt & Dave,

    I believe that you are looking at the serial # for a 1963 Sovereign
International and it should say Jackson Ctr Ohio on the name plate! The
number 7 is probably either a T or D, Twin or Double, since that is the
designation of Model Type available in that Year!
    My 63 Overlander has the same sequence! I263T344.

The stampings on the '63 nameplate are awful, and very difficult to read!
