Carefree, Cottonwood, and Flagstaff come immediately to mind, as some of the higher elevation beauty spots in Arizona... the mountains near Phoenix (Camelback, etc...) are not that attractive, unless one happens to be a rattlesnake. Tuna Reno, NV
