The tow vehicle is an International Travelall.  Sort of an early Suburban
like vehicle.  These were used a lot for towing in those days as well as for
"large station  wagon" applications.  They had a reputation for durability.
I have no idea how comfortable they were.  This body style came out around
1959 or  so and was in production for several years.
