 If the tank froze and cracked it would be possible to weld it up and have a 
good repair. If the tank has a hole from electrochemical degradation if you 
get the hole repaired it will not be long before another rears its ugly head. 
I TIG weld and would be glad to weld the tank for you free of charge. I live 
in Fredericksburg, VA. if this is close to you.
