Yes, that's exactly what it is.

I'd say about 16 feet and 30 pounds.

I actually bought it when I needed a longer ladder on a jobsite a couple
of weeks ago. I saw it in Home Depot and remembered Bob mentioning how
handy his was. I decided to keep it myself instead of expensing it out
to the company.

I had to get off the ladder to reach all around the Maxxairs. The roof
is sturdy enough to walk/sit on if you try to stay close to the rivet
lines (bows and stringers beneath). Most of the work has to be done
from a sitting position. I try to keep one foot on the awning
enclosures to preclude slipping.
