[VAC] Hauling for Hire

I just got my first job offer to pull a neighbors trailer (26 feet) from
Oceanside to Salton Sea.

Problem is that I haven't got the slightest idea what I should charge!
It is 110 miles up and over a 4500 foot pass.

Any of you have the right formula for such service, specifically I am 
looking for the going rate per mile and any extra time / expenses charged 
by the "pros".
