[VAC] Electrical panel

Since there is plenty of talk of things electric, I thought this would be as
good a time as any to asl around.  I have removed my interior except for the
rear tub, and fiberglass 1/4 panel...and the toilet.

When that stuff is gone, I will remove the inner lower skin/skins to get at
the frame separation problem. 
 
I notice now that I will have to remove the AC paneland fuses.  They are mounted
on the said skin. (it figures)
My question; I see a little red light mounted on the side of the panel.

What is it?
