[VAC] an electrical question
A question for those of you who know electricity.
None of my trailer's interior electrical outlets will accept a three pronged
plug. Since I have many devices that call for a grounded receptacle I would
like to properly install grounded outlets throughout my trailer. Is it safer
to ground to neutral or to the frame (and thus the interior wall of the
trailer which is aluminum painted with zolotone) ?
