Many places sell water tanks online.  Check out the below table from
All-Rite.  Over 100 different size combinations.  Get the biggest that
fits that empty space forward of the sofa or under the dinnete seats. 
Ours is a 30 gallon sofa original installation (60"x16"x8").  

The mfg adds the fill, outlet, drain & vent fittings where you want
them.  Tanks are not returnable, so engineer carefully.
