Two things ot check.  Hitch weight.  You need the load to be heavy forward,
I think about 10% to 15% weight on the tongue of the trailer.  Too much
weight in back will cause sway.

Next, get an anti-sway bar.   They sell them at Camping World.  There are
dual anti-sway bars and single.  My 25 foot has a single anti-sway bar and I
have no problems.

There may be other things to check.  Those are two I am aware of.   The
Hensley hitch, while expensive, will stop sway.
