The 12v lights inside all work fine--the kitchen fan does not work but I
have determined that the supply feed is good, so the fan is toast.

I have not yet run a live feed over to the pump to determine the pump's
ability to operate on 12v, but I am assuming that since it runs on
110v--it's good.

Since the wall switch works for the 110v, can I assume the problem is in the
wiring or converter?
