[VAC] re-insulating A/S

Okay, so like, what exactly is involved in
re-insulating an Airstream? Is what I'm thinking
true... that the entire thing has to be gutted
and interior walls removed? 

Anyone want to take a stab at what kind of time
we're talking here and how much mechanical
experience a person should have to do it?

Do you have to disassemble all the electrical and
plumbing?

I'm wondering if this age thing that Marc
mentioned is accurate, too... that the older
Airstreams are colder.
