I have some of the same problems with mine that you describe, although mine's not as bad. What I'm thinking about doing is basically wrapping the entire tank with 181 fiberglass cloth using a good epoxy resin as the matrix. My biggest concern is properly sealing the vent opening and the discharge. So my tank will basically be the mold for my new tank, I just wont remove the mold. Robert Gill
