You sure live a more charmed life and far cleaner roads than I. My last
truck had a flat within a couple miles of home, and when I tried to back
into a field drive way to get off the road to change it, I missed and
dropped the left front corner into a ditch about 4' deep. Took a tow
truck to get it out, and I changed the wheel while the truck was still
hanging on the hook. The sidewall of the tire split from bead to tread,
so 50 cans of tire inflator wouldn't help. Tire dealer claimed there was
sure sign of it hitting something to cause that split. My next set of
tires came from a different brand and tire dealer.
