[VAC] Tanks: accumulators and pumps

I've seen these accumulator tanks in the catalog. Are these a worthy
addition to a demand water system?  If you don't turn the water pump on, how
much water will come out of the spigot from the residual pressure from the
accumulator tank? .( If even a half gallon would come out without turning on
the pump, it would be great! )  I might put one in my '71 Globe Trotter
