Hi Tom:
I work with aircraft folks from the electrical connector side and they are
usually generous with what they know. What I know is pretty limited when it
comes to paints, but you might look up an aircraft repair center near you.
They are usually at the smaller local airports and ask some questions about
aircraft grade stripper and finish removal.
