Zip Dee does have a service facility at their Elk Grove Village, IL plant. Airstream's
service department can also install an awning. In addition Zip Dee has authorized dealers
around the country. You can contact Zip Dee via their web site at
http://www.zipdeeinc.com/Index.html or call them at (800)338-2378. One important thing to
keep in mind is that Zip Dee is a build to order house. In that they do not have and
inventory of built awnings. Depending on the time of the year it can take them several days
to build your awning. They are good people to do business with.
