Now its down to 1.17 / gallon.  Maybe its falling just like the NAS.
The only other place that it seems to be so cheap, is  Casper , Wyoming,
and  Midland, TX. both oil towns.  Now I might be able to afford to pull
my little Bambi back to Maryland, for our Cherry Blossum Rally, next
spring.  That is,  if all the snow is melted by then.
