Did anyone come up with a bottom line on shocks.??? I have 4 numbers from an
Airstreamer that he swears are AOK and I have read here that normal shocks
work backwards for Airstreams... I just had new installed by an RV service
shop that said only Airstream provided shocks should be used.... charged me
about $38 each for the shocks...

I don't mind the cost and don't dispute the quality of anything provided by
Airstream... just don't like to be newboyed into a decision by some bogus
story....

Too late to change my decision , but I would like to know....
