I've looked. Charlie appears to be correct. Except that the openings
required seem to be different sizes. The L-100 requires a 3-1/4 by
2-3/8" opening and the L-200 requires a 2-3/4 by 2-3/8" opening
according to the on line catalog at Dyersoneline.com. No bargain prices
there either.
 
But the Bargman page at:

says the L-100 requires a 2-3/4 x 2-3/8" opening. And the Bargman page
on the L-100 at:
http://tekonsha.com/Tekonsha/DOCS/barcat/badoorlock200.html confirms
what Charlie said. The lever on the L-200 fits between the screen and
door better since it sticks out only 1" while the L-100 knob sticks out
1-27/32" inside.
 
The Bargman page doesn't seem to admit the long yoke. That may be an
Airstream part.
