Jodi,

Check the belly pan for tightness and replace rivets as needed. Then in any
little holes or joints that are suspect try using spray expanding foam sealer.
After it drys you can easily cut it to make things look good. Check everywhere,
even where the front frame goes into the belly pan and where the rear bumper
comes out. If your unit has steps built in check around these very closely and
seal as appropriate as well.I've done this on a number of trailers with great
success.

Not only does it help to keep critters out such as mice, ............... but it
helps on keeping the unit warm in the winter.
