[VAC] Re: enerator and Battery Charger (was AC Cleaning)

Phil,
 Get an old-style analog clock, plug it in to the generator and time it
against a watch for a few minutes. Those clocks keep time entirely based on
the frequency, so will work well.

Remember to check it under load, not just free-wheeling. There's an
adjustment on the governor to set the speed.
