I've always used the Reese system with the Dual Cam sway system and the 
push/ pull effect is pretty well  controlled.  I say pretty well because 
the wind conditions significantly  effect the trucks p/p effect.  I have 
gotten into the habit of being alert to whats coming up behind me and 
then the tractor of the truck is at the rear of my  30ft trailer I press 
on the gas pedal.  This little bit of pick up takes care of the push/pull 
effect.  This is a good practice regardless of what hitch or sway system 
you have and have heard others promote this practice.
