[VAC] New Bambi 16

Jim a Tandem axle for the Bambi is not an oxymoron.  As I understand it,
the new frame is modular, and in the event they want to "stretch" the
Bambi, new narrow body at 8feet, and an "expansion " module to increase
the length to 21 feet, they then could have a "new" light weight  Bambi
21, with a tandem axle, for that "growing family".  I didn't understand
the new elastomer bearings instead of shock absorbers.   You're the
engineer,  what does that mean??
