Good Luck Randy We had the same problem with our Thetford Slide-O-Matic.Thetford says they no longer made that toilet, nor any parts for it, and recommended a different model. That one would not work for us either, but it might for you. We have a new one, but somehow it just isn't the same. Andy Hatle
