If it was me (and it is) I would make it easy and inexpensive for myself 
and get a Thetford Aqua-Magic IV.  I would get the hand flush model (as 
opposed to the foot operator) for simplicity.  On mine I installed a hand 
sprayer rather than connecting to the flush valve on the back of the 
unit.  Preference.  Two easy-to-get-at nuts on the flange bolts and it's 
done.

I'm looking at a Camper's Choice catalog and it's $108.50.
