Tire is a "Special Trailer Tire ,225/75/R15, Steel belted radial, Load D, 
2540 lb load, 8ply, psi 65 lbs."  Other numbers that might give identity 
of "model" were partial hidden  by wheel rim and not readable.  
Interesting enough the name Cooper is not to be found on the tire but I 
stood with the tire guy when he searched his computer records for a white 
wall of that type and he located it in the Cooper tire section.  Your 
tire dealer should be able to do the same.
