I haven't applied my numbers yet, because I still have much work to do...but,
when I do, I will apply them just like I did when I put the name on my boat..with
soapy water.  

I think the easiest way is to use a tray of soapy water, and dip the number
in, then apply it, straighten it, squeegee the air out, and voila!  Perfectly
straight!
