Steve,

Just been through that also. With 12v you should have a fuse somewhere
controlling that circuit. I had no 12v at all. Found an obscure but
important 50 amp fuse between the battery and the fuse panel(beside Univolt
in rear bath closet). If everything looks good than make sure of a good
ground. Good Luck!
