I too am looking for the door latch assembly for my 63 A/S Land Yacht, 26' 
footer.

An RV supply house in Cordoba Calif advised me they are not longer made and 
to use a L500 something or other.  I;m not at home this week or I could give 
you the 1-800 to there parts dept for advice.  I got the number for Airstream 
in Ohio when I told them I have a 63.
