They are the WBCCI membership numbers assigned to aprevious owner of
your trailer when he jointed the WBCCI. If you join the WBCCI you might
request the same numbers and if they are available they will assign them
to you and send you replacement numbers to past on. (WBCCI is the Wally
Byam Caravan Club International).
