[VAC] Plumbing

Hey Vinties,
Sorry I'm on such a yak attack today, but I'm wondering if any of you experts could help me with a problem I have.  The drain line from my kitchen sink drains like a teetotler trying to sip a Manhatten.  The problem is is that the drainline is old cast iron, running under the galley counter, under the streetside twin bed and out to the sewer exit.  The cabinetry is in excellent shape and I don't want to tear it all out to replace with PVC.  I'm sure the problem is a rust build up.  I've tried Draino and a snake which went all the way back to the right angle curve in the rear bathroom closet.  Is there some kind of rust eating product that I could pour down the drain to have a free flowing drain? I am on a limited income and can't afford to have someone tear the whole street side apart so I'm hopping some of you might have an idea of what I can do.
Thanks in advance for any ideas!
