Just curious, how long and what gauge was the extension cord you ran the 
polisher on?  It is very important that the cord is a heavy enough gauge that 
you don't have a big voltage drop at the tool.  Its also possible that you 
have low voltage at the power source where you used the tool.  Low voltage is 
the quickest way there is to ruin even a well built tool.  Have you checked 
with the manufacturer about warranty?  Hate to see a good tool bad mouthed 
without the facts on why it failed.  Previously have heard nothing but praise 
about this polisher.  Was planning on getting one myself.  I would go with 
the air operated model even though it is over $100.00 higher priced.  

Any one else have a Cyclo polisher?  What is your experience with it?
