I just found this supplier of Tambour products, and he 
has 3 different products that should fit the roll
up slots on the Airstream.  He offers a walnut veneer 
(among other woods), vinly and a series of
metallic, including a brushed aluminum which I'm 
considering for a custom look in one of our trailers.
The guy is very nice, and eager to help.
