1972 Streamline_ learning as I go

I've just found this site and am trying to learn fast so that I can repair and restore my old Streamline while I am living in it full time.

I have some of the original paperwork that came in the trailer so I can supply wiring diagrams for the usual 12 v and 110 v systems to anyone who wants them. I have no prior knowlege and am facing some major repairs that others of you have before me. I can see that leaking Atwood waterheaters and Thetford toilets are epidemic!

My first big project will be to remove and replace the toilet and hot water heater too, also the floor is all rotted away under them so that is actually the main objective here. This is a learning-as-I-go experience so I welcome any advice from those of you who have faced similar situations.

I have to do the work myself as I live in a remote area and no one has been willing to even come look and give me an estimate to do repairs. I'm it and have some tools and am just crazy enough to want to do this...
