I HAVE PARTS from my Empress remodel...

Original interior 'faux wood grain' interior walls.(would love to get these out of my storage)
'Pink' fiberglass bathtub (approx. 2'W x 3'L x 16-18"H)
Fiberglass 'cream w/gold flec' 'banjo' bath countertop.
Original faucets, cast iron water tank/pump, orig wtr/heater exterior door cover(some parts)& most light fixtures.

I NEED (new?/working) wtr/heater,inverter. Sell/trade/exchange?(SF bay-area)
