Thanks Tom I will look into that. Probably the springs have sagged over the years causing the center of travel to move to the bottom of the shock. Even though the rear shocks are definately worn out. The ride is not bad but I think new shocks could improve it. Also at some point I could break a shock mount if some sort of corrective action is not taken. I do not think I want to beef up the springs so I am looking for shocks with the same overall movement and load ability only a different center of travel. I have some part numbers that seem to fit the bill but that is as far as I have gone at this point.
