I'm hoping that someone out there can give me some help on how I 
might find more info on the 1956 Silver Streak "Chico".  An 
opportunity has come up to buy one but I can't seem to find any 
liturature on it.  

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Nikomat13, A fellow named Juergen Eichermueller who sells CD's on eBay
may be able to help. If you go to Tom Patterson's site, click on
Trailers, then on Trailer Links, then on Juergen Eichermueller, it will
take you to items listed on eBay by Juergen. Follow those links, and you
can "Ask Seller a Question" if you are a registered eBay member. Just let
him know you're looking specifically for info on the Chico. Also, Craig
Dorsey's Vintage Vacations Antique Trailer Talk list has at least two
members who own SS Chico trailers. That URL is:

I believe "Safari57" owns one (not sure) and "serenwood" also owns one.

Due to a lifestyle change, I have my 1967 SS Sabre
23ft for sale or trade for a stock/horse trailer.

Buy it today and go camping this weekend...  Needs
little TLC.
