Has anyone heard of what the delay is on putting up the items for sale. 
Been 5 weeks since he said it would be up in one. Am I the only one getting 
anxious about this?

You are DEFINITELY not the only one getting antsy!   I haven't heard a 
thing, but I check the address nearly every day.  If anyone knows 
anything about this- any little piece of information at all - please
