[SilverStreak] Tub Shower fiberglass, batteries, Logo, Bev

Sherylyn,
Tub: There is a product you can caulk with called NP1. This is not a
silicone, but a polyurethane. I don't know if you will find the appearance
acceptable, but it will not give up or leak. If you choose that I have much
experience with it and can give pointers for best finish appearance
techniques. This is in a typical caulk tube.

The crack must have a tiny hole drilled, to stop and interrupt the crack.
Drill that right at and almost into the place you want the crack to not
continue. This is so very important.

You might want to suspect the floor. The tub should not crack if floor is
sound. Floor can be damaged by leaking tub drain, faucets, around the
fixtures, or another leak source such as some leaking plumbing.

Logos: I saw Tom's packaging today. Really impressive, he has put the logos
on a 3/8" board custom cut, overlaid stiff cardboard, then another logo, and
another overlay. He is bubble wrapping, boxing, labeling. Lot of very good
work.

Batteries: A lot of people use the Gel Cell. Various brand names, they are
pricey. I use the Wal-Mart 3 year free replacement large yellow battery with
the dual terminals. Costs no more than the single auto type post terminal,
and the extra terminals come in handy. Keep your receipt and exchange them
for free within the warranty period.

I have lot's of experience with the golf car batteries as they are also used
on lift equipment, my business. I personally don't like them for trailer
applications for a lot of reasons, but they are readily available at Sam's
club, for just about the comparable just-as-good-as-anywhere price. Forget
anything but frustration on warranty, not auto batteries, there is a
different posture on warranty conditions.
